This item is an OVERSTOCK acquisition. Sometimes in our pursuit of delicious foods for the co-op, we come across a product that is an overstock from a farmer/supplier/source and being sold below wholesale pricing at a loss to "clear it out." As such, our occasional overstock items are already at the lowest possible price, so no additional discounts (like VIP Insider's) will apply to this product.

Reason these are overstock: The warehouse ordered tons of these in anticipation of a holiday Christmas shortage. So they have simply been left with too many and offered us a better deal to help them sell them all.

These have been frozen.

PREMIUM HARDWOOD SMOKED BONE-IN HAM, SPIRAL SLICED, HALF from Hormel.

Each CURE 81® Hormel Ham has the shank removed and is meticulously trimmed for a lean consistent product. CURE 81® Spiral Ham is spiral sliced for easy carving. Glaze packet included.

Allergen: Gluten Free. Also free of the top 8 allergens.

Ingredients: Cured With Water, Salt, Potassium Lactate, Dextrose, Modified Potato Starch, Dehydrated Pork Stock (Dehydrated Pork Stock, Natural Flavors), Sodium Phosphates, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite.

Cooking Instructions

To heat CURE 81® Spiral Sliced Bone-In Ham: Remove wrapper and place ham in shallow baking pan. Add 1 cup water. Cover pan securely with foil. Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes per pound. Add glaze mix as directed if desired.
