This item is an OVERSTOCK acquisition. Sometimes in our pursuit of delicious foods for the co-op, we come across a product that is an overstock from a farmer/supplier/source and being sold below wholesale pricing at a loss to "clear it out." As such, our occasional overstock items are already at the lowest possible price, so no additional discounts (like VIP Insider's) will apply to this product.

Preparation Instructions:
Keep frozen until you're ready to make your pizza.
Place the desired number of dough sheets on lightly oiled pizza pans or baking trays. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and thaw overnight in the refrigerator. If you're short on time, thaw at room temperature for 2–3 hours.
Once thawed, let the dough rest until it has doubled in size.
Keep the dough covered with plastic wrap or lightly brush it with oil while it's rising to prevent it from drying out.
Gently press a few small holes into the dough with a fork to help prevent large air bubbles while baking. If you prefer a thicker crust, let the dough rise a little longer before adding toppings.
Add your favorite sauce, cheese, and toppings.
Bake until the crust is golden brown and cooked through:
Conventional Oven: 450°F for 10–12 minutes
Convection Oven: 375°F for 7–10 minutes
Keep Frozen.
