Reason these are on clearance: When these arrived to our storage warehouse, they were accidentally put in the freezer when they were to remain fresh. As such, we have been forced to mark them down due to our mistake since we are giving you a frozen product.
They are frozen in a big chunk, so they need to be defrosted and then repacked and refrozen. These have never been frozen before this so you can defrost meats twice before losing quality. When you buy meat from the grocery store, they tell you not to refreeze if you defrost, this is because they have already frozen and defrosted at least once to sell fresh. So they have already been through a fresh to frozen to fresh cycle once already.

This is a 10 lb case of fresh Canadian bacon slices that comes in 2 - 5lb bags inside of the case, making it also easier to split a case with a neighbor! They are quite compact, not taking much freezer space. In the end, it makes it a very versatile breakfast, brunch, breakfast for dinner item.
