Our bacon comes in generous 10-12 slices per pound, with approximately 150-180 slices per case. It's center cut, meaning it's taken from the meatier part of the pork belly, making it 30% meatier than standard cuts. We provide foodservice-quality bacon, made for fine restaurants. It's always fresh—never frozen—and packed within two weeks of shipment, ensuring it stays fresh for weeks before needing to be frozen.
