We are making one of our most coveted products even easier to deal with by taking all of the work out of the bulk chicken for you with our hand-trimmed and vacuum-packed chicken breasts, completely prepped for the freezer.

Each bulk box of fresh untrimmed bulk chicken is taken to our USDA-certified kitchen located right here in Utah and vacuum-packed in a 2 lb breast pack. It is then frozen fresh to preserve flavor. When you pick up your chicken, you will find that all you have to do is place it in your freezer. This is also a great box to get to split with others as it is already ready to go and easy to split the 2-lb packs.

Only $4.49 per lb this month!! Woohoo!! Pay the same price for premium quality, fully trimmed, vacuum sealed in sous vide bags for the cost of the grocery store for mid-grade in trays.

Looking for a great quality fresh chicken breast option in bulk that is natural?

We have found a source to bring in fresh boneless, skinless chicken breast into our community in bulk, providing families with a consistent source of good quality chicken breast for bulk, co-op pricing.

We have tried many brands of bulk direct chicken and this one is the most tender and moist. The chicken is processed in a Koch foods facility, where they process the chickens from 350 small chicken farms across the midwest. The benefit of this is that the chickens are raised on smaller farms with strict farming practices that are required to meet high standards.

As such, not only can you feel good about choosing this chicken, but because of the process of being raised on smaller farms, the ‚"woody breast" (that tough, stringy chicken experience) issue which is common amongst the bigger producers is greatly reduced (not eradicated as some chickens are lazier than others, even in a free-range environment), and that is something we have learned to appreciate in a better quality chicken.

Here's an additional part that makes buying chicken through our local co-op even better! To truly enjoy a good quality chicken breast, you need to start with a FRESH quality source in the first place!

This is the prepped version of the fresh chicken breast chicken deal. But in this case, we take the fresh case and give it to our USDA certified meat cutter in our USDA certified meat room and he personally trims and packages it. So it's the cost of the case, plus his labor and the cost of the vacuum bags he puts them in which those alone are about $0.18 each. So it's typically about $1.45ish more per lb for that extra step...primarily the cost of labor. So that option is available, but to pay him to do that for you costs extra.
