Change of Order Policy

We have some exciting news to share with you! As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your co-op experience, we would like to introduce a new change of order policy that aims to make your pickup process even smoother and more efficient.

We understand that sometimes you may need to make adjustments to your orders, and we have always been committed to accommodating your requests to the best of our ability. However, in order to ensure that orders are correct at pickups, we have implemented this policy.

All order changes need to happen before the end of the Sale date!

This will allow us to generate accurate reports and efficiently pack pallets for Pickups on the following Monday. After a sale closes, reports are printed by location and each pallet is packed that way so that pickups run smoothly and efficently. When changes are requested after the reports are run it opens us up to not have the right products on the right pallets at the right locations. It also causes confusion in our email and text reminders as these are also set up when reports are run the monday after the sale closes!

We are excited about the positive impact this change of order policy will have on our operations. It will not only streamline our processes to make pickup locations even better!
