What's Inside Your 20lb Box
Every box is hand-packed with premium cuts sourced from our network of local, pasture-raised farms. Exact cuts vary by availability, but you can always find your packing slip inside the box for a full breakdown.
Where Your Meat Comes From
We partner with small-scale, independent ranchers who raise animals on open pasture without unnecessary antibiotics or hormones. Every animal is processed at USDA-inspected facilities and shipped frozen to preserve quality.
Storage & Thawing
- Keep all cuts frozen until ready to use
- Thaw in the refrigerator overnight — never on the counter
- Once thawed, use within 3–5 days
- Do not refreeze after thawing
