Do I have to order every month?

No. Order only when it works for your family. Many members stock up every few months and skip ordering cycles whenever they choose.

How much freezer space do I need?

It depends on how much you order, but many families start with just a few boxes of meat and pantry items. You can order as little or as much as you'd like.

Is the meat frozen or fresh?

Most meat is frozen and vacuum-sealed to preserve freshness, quality, and convenience. Many products are packaged for long-term freezer storage.

We also offer a number of fresh items that you will want to repack in your preferred portions and freeze.

Where does the meat come from?

We partner with trusted farms and ranches that meet our quality standards. We focus on sourcing food we feel good about feeding our own families.

We send reminders before pickup day. If an emergency comes up, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help coordinate a solution.
