Here's the amazing news!! These are the highest quality grade AAA Yellowfin Tuna available on the market. These are sold to high-end restaurants for raw sushi and seared tuna.

Although not local to Utah (no Tuna in the Great Salt Lake) we have a close and direct relationship with this seafood company and small business! They use wild caught and sustainable practices to procure their seafood! This Tuna is caught in the wild in its native waters (in Oceania) and sent to Indonesia for processing from the US owned processing facility to shorten the time from catch to processing.
Each tuna steak is individually vacuum sealed, is approximately 4 oz in size and 2.5-3cm thick. You will get 38-42 tuna steaks per case.
