We’re Expanding: New Pickup Cities & Delivery Areas in Utah!

The Food & Meat Co-op is expanding with new Utah pickup cities and van delivery routes. Order weekly or monthly items and enjoy fresh, local meats.

To our valued members, food lovers, and local communities — we’ve got some exciting news to share. Thanks to your support and enthusiasm, the Food & Meat Co-op is growing again! We’re now adding five new pickup cities in Utah, and expanding our delivery van service into two new counties. Read on for what this means for you, and how to get started.

New Pickup Cities

Starting now, you can choose one of these new locations for pickup:

  • Roosevelt, Utah
  • Vernal, Utah
  • Draper, Utah
  • Kaysville, Utah
  • Salt Lake City Avenues, Utah

If one of those is closer to you, you’ll be able to select it at checkout, drive up, and pick up your order in person at the scheduled date/time — just like our existing pickup locations. Head over here to view the pickup schedule.

Expanded Van Delivery Areas

For those in Box Elder County and Cache County, we’re now bringing the food directly to you. Our van will deliver to these areas on delivery days. If you live in one of those counties, you can opt for delivery rather than pickup for an extra fee, saving you a trip while still supporting local farmers and enjoying quality meats & food. Head over here for the delivery schedule.

The Food & Meat Co-op currently serves more than 40 pickup locations across four states (Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, and Nevada), with new pickup cities and expanded delivery areas making it easier than ever to get freshly sourced meat and food near you.

How to Order & Receive Your Food

Here’s a step-by-step guide so there’s no confusion — whether you’re new or you’ve ordered before.

Food and Meat Co-op website

1. Browse the Current Products
Each week, we send out a list of meats, poultry, local produce, and other goods that are available. Keep an eye on your email or text for the announcement when the products are live.

In addition, the Food & Meat Co-op also has a collection of monthly items — staples you can order anytime during the month. These are always available so you don’t have to wait for the weekly product list.

2. Place Your Order

  • Log in to your Food & Meat Co-op account.
  • Pick the items you want (meat, poultry, etc.), and add them to your cart.
  • At checkout, select your pickup city (such as one of our new available locations, including Roosevelt, Vernal, Draper, Kaysville, and Salt Lake City Avenues) or choose van delivery. If you live in Box Elder or Cache Counties and the van delivery is an available option for your address, you can choose it for an added fee.

3. Payment & Confirmation

  • Pay through the online system.
  • You’ll get an order confirmation plus a reminder with date/time (for pickup) or delivery window (for delivery).
  • Make sure your contact info (especially address if choosing delivery) is up to date so there are no mix-ups.

4. Pickup or Receive Your Order

If you chose a pickup city: show up at the designated location & time. We run pickup drive-through style, so you can stay in your car. The Food and Meat Co-op staff will review your order with you, and then we’ll load up your order in the back of your vehicle.

If you chose delivery via van (Box Elder or Cache Counties): the van will come on the scheduled delivery date. You’ll get a window ahead of time. Be ready to receive delivery — someone will need to be there to receive the delivery.

5. Enjoy & Repeat

  • Once you’ve got your goods, cook, preserve, share, enjoy.
  • Every week, you’ll get the new product list, and you can repeat the process as often as you like.
  • We come to most areas every 7-8 weeks.

Why You’ll Love This

  • You get access to the same high-quality, locally sourced meats, poultry, and food products you trust.
  • More convenience: closer pickup spots, or direct delivery for many in Box Elder & Cache.
  • Supporting small farmers, ranchers, and local food systems.
  • Better value — buying in bulk or “co-op cycles” tends to give more food for your dollar.

Food and Meat Co-op Team

We couldn’t do this without you — your feedback, your orders, your belief in supporting local and getting better quality food. If you have questions about pickup locations, delivery schedules, or how to place your first order in the new areas, please drop us a line via phone, text, or email. We’re so excited to serve more of Utah with the Food & Meat Co-op experience you love.

Stay hungry, stay local, stay awesome.
