- High Quality Food and Meat Sourcing - We try to source local as much as we can and when we do, those foods will be marked as such. But, not everything we want to eat is produced locally at a high quality product for wholesale pricing. So we do source from the region second and the country third. Each product is meticulously vetted for quality and sourcing. We are very picky and so we work with the BEST for the BEST price, regardless of where in the country it comes from.
