Sometimes in our pursuit of delicious foods for the co-op, we come across a product that is at a deep discount from a farmer/supplier/source and being sold below wholesale pricing at a loss to "clear it out." Hand-Made Rangoon Stuffed With A Delicious Blend Of Cream Cheese And Crabmeat.

Preparation

  • Heat And Serve - Deep Fry - Heat Oil To 325F. Deep Fry Frozen Rangoons From For Approximately 3.5-4 Minutes Until Product Is Crispy And Internal Temperature Of 160F (70C) Is Reached.
Ingredients:
Wrapper: Wheat Flour, Water, Salt, Eggs, Cornstarch, Soy Lecithin, Fd&C Yellow No.5, Sodium Benzoate. Filling: Cream Cheese [Pasteurized Milk And Cream, Cheese Culture, Salt, Guar Gum, Carob Bean Gum, Xanthan Gum], Crabmeat [Crab And Salt], Sugar, Soy Sauce [Water, Soybeans, Wheat, Salt, Sodium Benzoate: Less Than 1/10 Of 1% As A Preservative], Modified Food Starch, Scallions, Granulated Garlic, White Pepper. Fried In: Soybean Oil. Contains: Egg, Crustacean Shellfish (Crab), Milk, Soy, Wheat.
