*Each box will approximately contain 9-11 lbs. of local grass-fed Ground Beef and 9-11 lbs. mixed of the following various cuts: Beef Tenderloin, Rib Eye, New York, Flank, Flat Iron, Skirt, Top Sirloin Steak, Cube Steak, Tri-Tip, London Eye, Brisket, Sirloin Tip, Chuck Roast, Short Rib, Boneless Short Rib, Stew, Hanger Steak, or Soup Bones.
No 2 boxes will ever be the same. In an effort to use every part of the cow and not be wasteful, each 20lb box includes a mixture of random cuts and every box gets high-end steaks, mid-level steaks, and roasts to where each box has a similar value and then sold at the co-op, direct pricing to save big bucks overall!
