Meet Kim!!
Hello, my name is Kim Woodward. I am the site lead for the Riverton area. I live in Kearns with my Husband and youngest daughter. We have 4 children and 2 grandsons.
I grew up in Michigan and I have adulted in Utah. I love to camp, bike ride, and be outdoors. The mountains are so amazing although I wish there were more bodies of water around to go swimming or fishing. My family is my world and I have loved my life as a mom. I am not an animal person but my husband and children are. We have had dogs most of their lives along with fish, turtles, lizards, and even rats....... We do anything for our kids right.!!!!
About 5 years ago we left Utah to spend some time in Texas with my parents in their last years. Although I struggled at first being away from my own children I grew to love the people there, and was able to see my sisters, who live in Dallas area, more often. I am grateful for the opportunity we had to be there and to be there for my parents in their last days.
When we returned I was looking at an ad about a co-op for food that helps local farmers connect directly with their customers. It sounded so amazing that I wanted to see what it was like so I volunteered before I even placed an order. It was so much fun that I joined that night and began my journey with the Food and Meat Co-Op. I love meeting everyone who comes through our line and I am excited to get to know more and more people each month.
