Originating out of North Dakota, this brand uses top-selling pasta flour blends of non-gmo corn and rice flours. They utilize a dedicated gluten-free facility out of Italy to help ensure the quality control of cross-contamination!

The farms in North Dakota were established in the early 1990s as a cooperative growing effort by farmers and there are currently 1,100 third and fourth-generation families continuing to invest in these efforts to bring organic pasta all over North America.
