Microwave Oven: (based on about 7 pieces) Remove ravioli from plastic bag and place in a microwave-safe dish. Place 1/2 oz. of water in the dish with ravioli and cover with plastic wrap (sauce in place of water would be 2.5 oz.). Heat microwave on high for 1 minute using water or 1 1/2 minutes using the sauce. Serve by stirring with sauce or extra virgin olive oil and parmesan cheese.
Stove Top: Bring 6 quarts of water to a boil. Turn down to a simmer. Remove ravioli from plastic bag and place in simmering water for 4 minutes. Remove from water and serve on a plate with sauce or olive oil and parmesan cheese.
